A professional team member will greet you and transfer you to the domestic airport. The roads are quiet at this time, making the drive smooth and relaxing. Early departure is important for clear weather and the best mountain views. No meals are included at this stage, but a light tea or coffee before leaving is recommended. At the airport, you will complete check-in and prepare for boarding. The ground team will assist you with all formalities, making the process quick and easy. You will meet your pilot, who will provide a detailed safety briefing about the flight and altitude. This is your chance to ask questions and feel fully confident. Whether you depart from Pokhara or Kathmandu, the process is similar and well-organised. No breakfast or meals are provided here. The excitement builds as you prepare to board the helicopter.

The flight experience differs slightly depending on your starting point. From Pokhara, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Annapurna Base Camp. From Kathmandu, the flight first goes to Pokhara (about 45 minutes) and then continues toward the mountains. During the Annapurna Helicopter Tour, you will enjoy incredible aerial views of hills, rivers, forests, and villages. As you get closer, the Annapurna range appears with its snow-covered peaks. You’ll see famous mountains like Annapurna I, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Hiunchuli. The journey is smooth, scenic, and perfect for photography.

Landing at Annapurna Base Camp is the most special moment of the tour. You will have around 30 minutes to explore and enjoy the surroundings. The area is surrounded by massive Himalayan peaks, creating a stunning 360-degree view. The air is fresh and cool, so wearing warm clothes is important. A hot tea or coffee is usually provided at a local teahouse. While a full breakfast or lunch is not included, this warm drink adds comfort to your experience. After your time at base camp, you will board the helicopter for the return journey. If you started from Pokhara, the flight back takes about 20 minutes. If you started from Kathmandu, the return includes a longer flight with a possible short stop in Pokhara for refuelling. After landing, you will be transferred back to your hotel. In Pokhara, the tour usually ends by around 9:00 AM, while in Kathmandu it may take until 9:30–10:00 AM. The total duration is 4-5 hours from Pokhara and 5–6 hours from Kathmandu. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are not included, giving you freedom to choose your meals afterwards. You can enjoy a proper breakfast at your hotel or a nearby restaurant. The rest of your day is free for relaxation or sightseeing. The tour ends with unforgettable memories of the Himalayas.
