Today is one of the most exciting days of the Rara Lake Trek as you take a mountain flight to Talcha Airport. The flight offers breathtaking views of remote hills, forests, and snow-capped peaks. After landing at Talcha, your trek begins with a gentle walk through pine forests and small settlements. The trail is peaceful and less crowded, giving you a true sense of wilderness. As you move forward, the beautiful Rara Lake slowly comes into view, shining in deep blue. The walk is not too difficult and suitable for beginners with basic fitness. Once you reach the lake, you will settle into your lodge and enjoy the calm surroundings.

This day is dedicated to exploring the beauty of Rara Lake and hiking to Murma Top, a popular viewpoint. After breakfast, you begin a gradual uphill hike through forests filled with pine and rhododendron trees. As you climb higher, the views become wider and more impressive. From Murma Top, you can see the entire Rara Lake along with distant Himalayan peaks and rolling green hills. It is one of the best photography spots on the trek.
