Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek
Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek combines the classic Manaslu Circuit with exploration of the remote Tsum Valley, one of Nepal’s hidden Himalayan treasures. This region remained isolated for centuries and retains strong Tibetan Buddhist cultural traditions.
The trek typically follows the Budhi Gandaki valley before diverting toward Tsum Valley. Trekkers encounter ancient monasteries, traditional stone villages, prayer walls, and culturally preserved communities. The valley is known for its peaceful atmosphere, spiritual heritage, and unique Himalayan lifestyle.
After exploring Tsum Valley, trekkers return to the main Manaslu Circuit route and continue toward Larkya La Pass before completing the circuit.
This combined trek usually takes around 18 to 22 days. It is considered moderately challenging due to duration, altitude, and remote terrain.
The trek offers exceptional cultural immersion alongside stunning mountain landscapes. It is ideal for trekkers seeking both adventure and cultural depth.
