Langtang, Gosaikunda, and Helambu Trek is a perfect combination of the remote and splendid Valley of Langtang with the purest holy lake of Gosaikunda and culturally rich Helambu Valley. The trail lies on the north side of Kathmandu valley near the Tibetan border we known as Langtang Circuit Trek.
The trekking route is highly appealing and most easily accessible from the capital city, Kathmandu. It is a 14 days trek that is quite remote and isolated compared to other popular treks such as Everest Base Camp Trek or Annapurna Base Camp Trek.
The major highlights of this trek are Langtang National Park, Langtang Valley, Kyanjin Gompa, Kyanjin Ri, Laurebina Pass, Gosaikunda Lake, and Helambu cultural village.

Our journey begins in the vibrant city of Kathmandu, where ancient temples and bustling streets create an exciting first impression. From Kathmandu, the journey continues along winding mountain roads toward Syabrubesi, revealing dramatic landscapes along the way. As the road climbs higher, the views open up to distant snow-capped peaks and deep valleys. You will notice the transition from urban surroundings to peaceful rural scenery. The Langtang Valley Trek is considered a easy to moderate level trek, suitable for trekkers with a basic level of fitness. The trail involves daily walking for 5–7 hours, with gradual altitude gain, and no technical climbing is required.
The highest point of the trek is Tserko Ri at 4,984 meters, which is an optional acclimatization hike from Kyanjin Gompa. The overnight stays go up to 3,870 meters at Kyanjin Gompa.
The best seasons are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November), when the weather is clear, the views are stunning, and the trails are in optimal condition.
While the risk of altitude sickness is lower compared to other high-altitude treks in Nepal, it is still possible above 3,000 meters. The itinerary includes gradual acclimatization, and your guide will monitor your condition throughout the trek.
You will stay in cosy mountain guesthouses (teahouses) offering basic but comfortable rooms. Meals include three daily set meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with options like rice, noodles, soups, vegetables, and local Nepali dishes, along with tea or coffee.
